Delivery Policy

This policy takes effect immediately

1. Service Coverage

Our standard delivery service covers mainstream local residential and commercial areas. Some remote suburbs and special regional areas belong to extended delivery scope with longer transit time.

We only provide physical goods ground distribution service, and do not support designated time delivery and door-to-door appointment delivery temporarily.

2. Free Shipping Regulation

All products sold in our store enjoy full free delivery service within the UK. Customers do not need to pay any additional logistics and delivery fees for all valid orders.

Free shipping policy is applicable to all customer groups and all commodity categories, with no minimum order amount limit.

3. Order Dispatch Time

All confirmed valid orders will be arranged for packing and outbound within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on non-working days will be processed uniformly on the first working day.

Buyers can apply to modify delivery address and contact information freely within 10 hours after order submission, and no modification request will be accepted after the time limit.

4. Standard Delivery Duration

Goods sent to regular accessible areas generally take 3 to 5 natural days to arrive after outbound. Actual arrival time is affected by local logistics arrangement.

For remote locations, the whole delivery period will be extended by 2 to 4 natural days on the basis of standard time, which shall be deemed as normal delivery cycle.

5. Logistics Tracking Rules

After goods leave the warehouse, relevant delivery tracking information will be updated and sent to buyers within 24 hours. Users can check transportation progress by valid tracking code.

If tracking information stays unchanged for more than 5 consecutive days, users may contact our official team to assist in checking cargo status.

6. Receipt & Storage Regulation

After goods arrive at the designated pick-up point, buyers need to complete collection within 7 natural days. Unclaimed parcels beyond the time will be returned to original warehouse automatically.

All loss caused by delayed collection, wrong address filling and failed connection shall be undertaken by the purchaser personally.

7. Return & Exchange Shipping Rules

Customers can enjoy free round-trip shipping service for the first return or exchange application of each order, we will bear all logistics costs generated in the process.

For secondary and subsequent return and exchange applications of the same order, the shipping fee shall be determined according to specific reasons and actual situations, and both parties shall negotiate to confirm the bearer of freight charges.

8. Holiday & Weather Influence

During official public holidays and severe bad weather periods, delivery progress will be postponed appropriately without extra notice in advance.

Such objective delay belongs to uncontrollable situation, and we will not bear additional liability for normal time delay caused by above reasons.

9. Damaged Goods in Transit

Buyers shall inspect outer package and goods appearance on the spot while receiving goods. Visible transit damage shall be reported within 8 natural hours after receiving.

No damage compensation application will be accepted if users sign for receipt without inspection and put forward objections after a long time.

10. Policy Update Notice

We reserve the right to adjust delivery rules and time standards according to actual logistics situation. All revised contents will be displayed on this page 7 days in advance.
