Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy takes effect immediately

1. General Return Application Rules

All customers can submit formal return or exchange applications within 14 calendar days after successfully receiving the ordered goods. All return requests must be submitted via official email, contact form or customer service channels, together with order number, delivery information and real photos of goods for verification.

All returned items must keep complete original outer packaging, factory labels, accessories and manuals intact. Disposable safety supplies (e.g., dust masks) must remain unopened; reusable work accessories (e.g., gloves, arm sleeves) must be unused and unwashed; building-themed gifts (e.g., model kits, notebooks) must be undamaged and unassembled to qualify for return.

2. Quality Issue Refund & Replacement Rules

If the delivered goods have original factory quality defects (e.g., torn mask packaging, damaged glove stitching, missing model parts, cracked mugs, or discolored coasters), buyers are entitled to apply for full refund or free same-item replacement within 10 days after receipt.

After receiving your detailed problem description and clear evidence pictures (e.g., photos of defects, packaging), our professional inspection team will finish official review and reply the final result within 3 working days. Once confirmed as product quality problem, we will take full responsibility for follow-up solutions including free replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Product Scope

Disposable safety supplies (e.g., dust masks) that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Reusable work accessories (e.g., gloves, arm sleeves, work scarves) that have been washed, worn, or damaged during use cannot be returned.

Building-themed gifts that have been assembled (model kits), written on (notebooks), or damaged (e.g., scratched mugs, broken key pouches) are not eligible for return. Minor cosmetic differences such as slight printing color variation, silicone coaster burrs, or model kit surface scratches that do not affect functionality are not considered valid quality issues for return.

4. Return Goods Sending Time Limit & Packaging Rules

Once your return application is officially approved by our team, you must arrange to send back all complete goods to our designated return warehouse within 7 calendar days. Any overdue return behavior will lead to automatic cancellation of your return application.

Fragile items (e.g., mugs, model kits, paper notebooks) must be properly repackaged with protective materials to avoid damage during return shipping. Goods damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted for return. Please keep all return logistics waybills and delivery receipts properly for subsequent progress inquiry.

5. Refund Process & Exact Arrival Time

After we receive the returned goods and complete strict inspection to confirm all items meet return standards (e.g., unopened disposable supplies, undamaged gifts), we will initiate the official refund procedure within 3 to 5 working days.

For payment via bank card, online transfer and mainstream payment channels, the refund fund will arrive in your original payment account within 5-7 working days after refund initiation. The specific arrival time shall follow the capital settlement rules of your payment platform or bank institution.

6. Return & Exchange Freight Standard

Each valid order enjoys one-time free round-trip shipping service for the first return or exchange request, all related logistics costs will be fully borne by our company (including return shipping label provision).

For the second and subsequent return and exchange demands of the same order, the freight burden party shall be judged according to actual reasons. Returns caused by personal preference (e.g., wrong size, color dissatisfaction) shall be undertaken by customers; returns caused by our side problems (e.g., quality defects, wrong item delivery) shall be borne by our company.

7. Order Cancellation Regulation

Customers can apply for free order cancellation before goods are packed and shipped. Once the goods have been out of warehouse and in transit, cancellation application will not be accepted casually, and you will need to follow the standard return process instead.

For bulk orders of safety supplies or building-themed gifts, please confirm cancellation rules with our team in advance. Unilateral arbitrary cancellation of confirmed bulk orders will involve corresponding material preparation loss compensation.

8. Personal Use Exemption Statement

Some work accessories (e.g., cotton gloves, fabric arm sleeves, silicone coasters) are made of common materials; users with allergies to cotton, silicone, or other materials should stop using immediately. Simple physical discomfort caused by personal material sensitivity is not within the full refund scope, unless the product itself has abnormal odors or quality defects.

Damage caused by improper use (e.g., over-stretching gloves, dropping mugs, using cleaning cloths for harsh chemical tasks) is not considered a quality issue and will not qualify for return or refund.

9. Policy Update & Agreement Rules

We reserve the right to reasonably adjust the return, exchange and refund clauses according to actual business operation, commodity supply and industry standard changes. All updated policy contents will be officially published on this page 7 days in advance.

All behaviors of browsing products, submitting orders and completing payment on our official website mean that you have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by the latest returns and refunds policy.
