These terms take effect immediately
1. General Agreement
By browsing our website and placing any product order, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules stated within these terms. All commodity transactions are bound by local commercial trading standards.
These clauses apply to all physical daily goods, practical accessories and themed gifts sold on this platform without exception.
2. Product & Pricing Rules
All displayed commodity prices are final transaction prices, no hidden additional fees will be charged. Price adjustment will be announced on the website in advance 7 working days before implementation.
We reserve the right to correct accidental price display errors. Once abnormal pricing is found, we will contact users within 24 hours to confirm follow-up arrangements.
3. Order Confirmation & Modification
After order submission, buyers can apply for information modification or order cancellation within 12 hours. No free modification application will be accepted beyond the above time limit.
All order information shall be filled in accurately by buyers. Any delivery failure caused by wrong information shall be borne by the purchaser.
4. Goods Dispatch & Delivery
Standard goods will be arranged for outbound delivery within 2 working days after order confirmation. Remote area delivery may take extra 3 to 5 natural days.
We only provide standard local logistics distribution services, and do not undertake on-site installation, use guidance and other extended service contents.
5. Usage Restrictions & User Obligations
All purchased commodities are limited to daily personal use and conventional office use. Any improper use beyond product design scope is not allowed.
Users shall take personal safety protection measures when using labor protection supplies and daily hardware products, and abide by daily safe use norms.
6. Quality Description & Exemption Scope
Slight texture difference, manual trace and normal colour difference of handmade goods belong to normal product characteristics, which are not included in quality objection scope.
All goods do not promise professional industry special effect use, all product effect descriptions are limited to daily conventional use effect.
7. Validity Period of Rights Claims
If users find obvious appearance damage or quantity discrepancy after receiving goods, they must submit valid feedback within 15 natural days.
Beyond the above time limit, we will no longer accept relevant commodity problem verification and right protection applications.
8. Clause Revision Rules
We have the right to update and optimize these trading terms according to actual business needs. Revised content will be displayed on this page 7 days in advance.
Continuous use of website shopping service after the update announcement period means you accept the latest terms officially.
9. Communication & Settlement Method
All service consultation, problem feedback and business communication shall be completed through the official reserved contact channel. We will complete official reply within 48 working hours.
All transaction related records will be kept completely for 12 months for regular business inquiry and sorting.
